The fat is broken down and liquefied through a cannula or a thin wire, by transmitting the pulsed ultrasound energy. Male back and chest are the areas are better treated with this procedure.
This method of liposuction is standard. A cannula or a thin wire is inserted and traversed through small incision. Suction is done through a vaccum device connected to the outer end connected to the cannula.
It is similar to the suction assisted procedure, but the cannula here is mechanized. So, the cannula has to be moved inward and outward using a machine. The controlled movement gives lesser injury causing to the internal organs.
Fat is loosened with a beam of water that is shaped as a fan, from the marked areas. Special cannula is then used to remove the fat.
It is also similar to the suction assisted procedure, with the difference that two cannulas are used inside the other, which move reciprocal with respect to the other. Such movement breaks down fat and also its aspirations. Sub-dermal and superficial fat can be removed through this procedure.
Laser is traversed through microcannula and it emulsifies the fat by its laser energy in the marked areas to suction out. The procedure results in less bleeding and bruising and the recovery will be faster.
This procedure is performed without cannula or incision, but through ultrasound vibration method from outside. It helps avoiding seromas and necrosis of the skin. Healing is faster and gives less discomfort to the candidate.
This is loposuction under local anesthesia given to the large subcutaneous fat volumes. It leads to less blood loss.
This procedure involves grafting or shifting of the fat.

- Skin necrosis
- Fat embolism
- Fluid imbalance
- Skin burns
- Allergy
